Extended Stay America Premier Suites- San Jose - Airport

Had to take a couple stars off because my last stay saw me in a room with 2 very slow drains (bathtub and kitchen sink), 1 non-functional burner, 1 burner where Medium heat was High Heat, and a microwave that didn't heat no matter what the Power Level. This was the more expensive of the two rooms booked for my work trip. The previous room was great though, so the 3 stars on Rooms are for that one.

I was in a business trip with a group and our flight was suddenly cancelled. I have to find nearby hotel for a night to take next day’s flight in SJC. Our HR staff recommend this and some of us managed to reserved last 3 rooms. The staff (Emma) was very helpful, trying to book rooms from other Extended Stay nearby, and recommended other hotel for rest of us. My room is clean and quiet, the mattress is firm and I like it. There is a kitchen good for couple stay, but there is no coffee maker. And I also can not find water dispenser, I can only bought bottled water from vending machine is level 1. It is a but pricy ($3.5). I checked out at 5am and there is no staff at the counter. A guy came after I called them. The guy can only speak Spanish, not able to communicate with English. So I left my room card in the counter.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My stay at Extended Stay America – 55 E Brokaw Rd, San Jose has been truly exceptional, and I want to highlight the incredible leadership of Veronica, the General Manager, who made a major difference in my experience. From the moment I arrived, the hotel felt clean, welcoming, and very well organized. The room was spotless, quiet, and comfortable — everything worked perfectly, and the environment felt safe and relaxing. The property is also ideally located close to shops, food, transportation, and the freeway, which makes it extremely convenient. But the true strength of this hotel is Veronica’s leadership and professionalism. She is an outstanding manager who runs the property with a perfect balance of efficiency, kindness, and attention to detail. Every interaction with her showed genuine care for the guests, pride in her work, and a passion for delivering excellent service. She treats guests with respect, listens carefully, and takes action immediately to ensure comfort and satisfaction. You can see her influence throughout the hotel — the smooth operations, the friendly attitude of the staff, the cleanliness, and the sense of order all reflect a well-led team. Veronica sets a high standard, and the hotel is better because of her. Thanks to her, my stay was not only comfortable but memorable. She is a true professional and a great example of what a General Manager should be. I highly recommend this hotel and want to personally thank Veronica for creating such a positive experience. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is the BEST Extended Stay experience I've ever had. From the welcoming and helpful front desk staff to the hardworking and charming housekeeping department, this hotel is an example of excellence, in all areas, among its competitors. After meeting the manager, it was not very surprising considering all good things flow from the top. Every staff member i came in contact with smiled and said something (hello, good morning, how are you?) that made me feel both welcome and valued as a guest in their hotel. Overall I was quite pleased and even impressed with this gem of an Extened Stay Hotel.

I really appreciate the fact that these people here like give us a free night and they really just came to bat for us when Expedia did not I mean they were supposed to be our third party backer. Quite frankly I think I'm going to go with the Priceline next time because I don't really normally go without a third party back or backing me.

So I did my booking online through expedia.Upon arriving, there is a gentleman ShreeJay "SJ" whom has been here quite a while. Excellent customer service, easy check in and the room clean perfect size with accommodations. The extended stay itself along with the service. He provided is a + 10 This is a real person with a real review, and I believe they've done a great job here. From the establishment itself along with "SJ" I Dwayne Fitzpatrick recommend it!

I needed to stay at a hotel due to my place had some work to be done. This location in particular was a light away from work, which was fantastic for my commute. Who wouldn't like that at all in the morning?! Veronica K. was able to assist me with my booking and was super helpful and answered any questions I had. She went above and beyond to ensure I got taken care of. When I checked in during the times I stayed their this past weekend, the guest service staff, a young man (Sorry, don't know how to spell his name but it started with a "S") was really nice and helpful when checking me in, and the one time I had to call the front desk during my stay, in the morning, Saturday, I was able to do a late checkout and they were able to help me with that. The room I stayed in was pretty spacious (Deluxe Room). It has a kitchen which was super helpful and a full size fridge. It also had a sofa for that extra seating. That room is a good size for anyone. They also served breakfast in the morning which were oatmeal, granola bars, muffins, and they had coffee, hot chocolate and tea available. Overall, everything was great! They were all helpful and I would definitely stay there again. Thank you to the Extended Stay America staff.
